Terms of service

1. The platform

empruv.me records employment relationships and evaluations that employers and employees give each other, generates CVs and profile grades from verified data, and operates a job marketplace. empruv is a record-keeper and marketplace; it is not an employer, recruiter, agent or party to any employment.

2. Accounts and truthfulness

You must provide accurate information and upload only documents you are entitled to. Uploading forged or altered documents, creating fake organisations or rating with malicious intent results in permanent removal and may be reported.

3. Evaluations, grades and disputes

Evaluations are the opinion of the rating party and are recorded as such. Employer ratings by employees are shown only in aggregate. Employees may dispute an employer's grade within 30 days; a neutral reviewer may uphold or amend it. AI review of a document confirms that it matches what was declared and is not a guarantee of authenticity unless marked "Verified by empruv".

4. Plans and launch offer

Free plans do not expire. During the founding launch, paid plans are provided at 100% discount to the first 300 employers and 10,000 candidates for 12 months, after which standard prices apply unless stated otherwise. Prices may change with notice.

5. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of what you upload and grant empruv a licence to process and display it according to your settings. The empruv name, design and software are the property of Mobzon IT Solutions Pvt Ltd.

6. Liability and governing law

The platform is provided as is. Hiring and employment decisions remain yours. To the extent permitted by law, empruv's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of India, courts of Kerala.
