Privacy policy
Last updated September 2026. Operator: Mobzon IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, Kerala, India. Grievance officer: privacy@empruv.me. This policy is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, for users in the UAE, the Personal Data Protection Law. It will be reviewed by counsel before commercial launch.
What we collect and why
Account details (name, e-mail, phone), profile information you enter, documents you upload (CVs, certificates, awards), evaluations given and received, job applications, and usage logs. We use them to run your account, generate your CV and grades, match you with jobs and talent, verify records, provide support and keep the platform safe.
Your contact details
You choose who sees your phone and e-mail: fully hidden, revealed when shortlisted, revealed when you apply, or public to verified employers. Employers have the same choice. We never sell contact data.
Evaluations and grades
Employers never see an individual employee's rating of them, only an aggregate after five responses. Grades on certificates are public only with your consent. You may dispute an employer grade within 30 days. AI grades use only verified platform data; the rules are published and the model version is logged.
AI processing and support
Uploaded documents and support conversations are processed by Anthropic's Claude models on our behalf to extract information, review documents, grade profiles and answer questions. They are not used to train those models.
Your rights
Access, correction, download and erasure of your data; withdrawal of consent at any time; a nominated person in case of death or incapacity. Requests to privacy@empruv.me are answered within 30 days. Certificates issued to you remain yours after you leave an employer.
Retention and security
Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the Mumbai (India) region with encryption in transit and at rest and row-level access control. Deleted accounts are erased within 30 days except where law requires retention.
